What we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.

The short version
- We collect your email address so we can send you the thing you asked for.
- If you pay us, our payment processor handles your card. We never see or store card details.
- We do not sell the list. Not to anyone, for any price.
- You can leave at any time, in one click, and we will delete your details if you ask.

Who else touches it
We use third parties for things we do not build ourselves. Each one only receives what it needs.
- beehiiv — stores your address and sends the brief
- Stripe — takes payment. Card details go to Stripe, not to us
- Hostinger — serves this site
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your details. We do not add you to a marketing list because you bought something — if you want the brief as well, you tick a box and say so.
Information about projects and companies
This site publishes information about development projects, drawn from government filings and attributed public reporting. That is public record, not personal data we collected about you, and it is a separate matter from the details above. If a project record concerns you and something in it is wrong, tell us — corrections are added to the record with their date.
How long we keep it
Your email for as long as you want the brief, and until you ask us to remove it. Purchase and tax records for as long as we are required to keep them.

- Ask us to correct it or delete it
